::Very comfortable rooms, conveniently located, with a view that is worth waking up early for just so you can sit outside with a cup of coffee and enjoy it. The owners are really friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay.

::We have stayed there three times. It is the only place we will ever stay while visiting. It's just the right distance from town to have privacy and still be able to walk anywhere. The managers are always friendly and helpful. I would guarentee anyone would be happy with their choice to stay here.

::We've now stay @ Coconut Coast twice and like it better EVERY time! The folks who run the place are really nice, very helpful and know the island well. It's a great central location so it's easy to get where-EVER you'd like by car or walking...St.John is a true driving adventure...to Coconut Coast you have several thrilling roads or one that's just hilly and it's an easy walk to Cruz Bay...For both New Years Eves we been to CC we were able to watch fireworks from our screened in porch! SO Nice ... Coconut Coast is an easy,clean,comfortable affordable place to stay in St. John ... we look forward to spending more time @ CC!
