::Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial Park (FDR) is a presidential memorial park located in Charlotte Amalie on the island of Saint Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. On July 7, 1934, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt make a official visit during a tour of the Caribbean and the park was renamed after him. A series of veterans memorials were added to the park and it became officially known as the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Virgin Islands Veterans Memorial Park.
