  They had cars when no one else did, but also had higher prices then the others we called. The lady who helped us wasn't overly friendly, but got the kob done. We called to extend our rental and they made accommodations so we were able to keep it longer.

  I actually experienced great customer service both over the phone and in person. We were a little wary when the tire light came on the first day we rented the car, but we filled them at a gas station and didn’t have any problems for three days of driving after that. Car was clean, place is close to the airport, rental and return were a breeze, and we’ve found the only place we’d rent from in the future on St. Thomas!
