::Absolutely incredible experience. 5 stars from the moment you enter the property. Perfect if you want to relax or have every adventure. The staff was warm and friendly while also completely professional and courteous. So many beaches and so little time! Snorkeled at almost every beach and they were all amazing. Staff was great about telling you where to go to see sea turtles and other points of interest. Kayaking and SUP also fun to do but there's just so much to see underwater! Nothing like watching the sunset while laying on the beach with a slushy painkiller in your hand after a long day of exploring. Capped it all off with a dinner at Zozo which was also five stars. Incredible wine list, food and servers. Perfect end to a perfect day. Can't wait to go back and wish I had more time.

::Property is spectacular but management takes it for granted. Management has aggressive attitude with money being of utmost importance. Imagine paying $1450 a night and feeling like you haven't paid enough. There is no doubt the Rockefellers knew what they were doing owning the perfect spot with perfect beaches.... 5 stars. If only management didn't create a 2 star culture.

::Visited the resort in March 2017 and absolutely enjoyed the experience. We had heard about the resort through a couple we know that has been going to Caneel for years and we finally decided to experience it ourselves. From the beautiful beaches (Turtle Beach is my favorite) to the dining (amazing sushi & delicious fine dining at the Turtle Bay Estate House) to the excellent service. I can't stop telling people about how relaxing and beautiful the entire resort is. The donkeys put a smile on my face every time they passed by our room. The snorkeling is fantastic- lots of turtles. The sunset cruise was a nice way to enjoy the sunset and chat with some longtime Caneel guests. We are planning on booking again next year in March since we experienced such beautiful weather. Can't wait to get back!
