::So we are on the island every year and always try some new places and stick with the ones we know most. This was our first time here, even though we had visited so many others in the same area. We were really happy we chose Caribbean Saloon this time. The food was really good, the portion sizes were nice and to be honest it was a lot like home, of course with the island prices but not as exhorbenent as other restaurants around. Now, what really stood out to us was our server Melinda. She was great! Lots of personality and helpful with making suggestions and making sure I was going to be happy with the selections and the portion sizes. I don't want to take anything away from my compliment of Melinda, but anyone who has visited these islands knows that a lot of times the service is just at par or below I don't know if they are just tired of tourist or expect bigger tips or what but this was not the case with Melinda it appeared she was the only server working this night but she still took great care of each of her tables, our food was hot and right off the grill and she still found the time to chat with any table that wanted to chat her up. Melinda could be a rockstar in hospitality anywhere we feel and we're glad she was there our night. We will go back because of her. She was also very appreciative of our compliments of her as we were leaving saying "you don't know how much I appreciate hearing that" and "that means so much to me" which made us happy knowing that too.

::Drinks were good, but service was slow and the food was fair. I ordered shrimp alfredo with linguini and only got 3 shrimp in the dish. For the price $22 I would have expected more.

::The service was not the best but the food was amazing! We ended up getting a horrible server but the other servers and management were more than willing to help correct everything that our server messed up. It was an okay trip but definitely could have gone better

::Okay folks, one thing you have to know if you're on stateside, reading this. This is an island and if you've never been to an island, you have to know that prices are inflated because everything has to be shipped in. So, yes, my and my friend's meal was expensive but it was a good meal and it was May 1st and we had just flown in 4 hours prior and I had a hankering for some steak. The restaurant was clean and since we had gotten there at 1630 there was only 2 other people there and they were drunk at the slot machines but keeping to themselves. The bartender was helpful and was friendly. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. We went during happy hour and got decently priced drinks, too. So put aside your negative reviews because of the prices. Even if you go to the grocery stores, the prices will be high there, too. We had a great prepared meal and didn't have to clean up after ourselves. Great place!

::We definitely enjoyed our visit at Caribbean Saloon. Trevor was amazing and the food was awesome. The service was amazing from start to finish. Trevor read our minds, and brought out everything we needed before we even asked. I ordered steak and tacos and the food was good and decent priced. Ambiance is cool and everyone is very friendly. Next time we are on the island this will be out go to place! I wish we came here sooner. Thanks Trevor for the excellent customer service you gained life long customers :)
