  The territorial capital. Maintain and modernize the structures and roads downtown. The abandoned buildings on Main Street need to be renovated and painted for government offices and stores. The island have space and we need to fix our infrastructure to invite more businesses in the territory. Another Walgreens would be convenience for tourist and residents living town. We are part of the United States and every jurisdiction in the country have mayors expect for American Samoa and the USVI. St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix are politically counties and districts and they should have mayors to respresent them and oversight problems affecting residents. V.I. Department of Public Works need to build a bridge from Frenchtown to Water Island. Then residents there can drive over to St. Thomas for groceries and supplies.
