::This review is not so much on the company but regarding an employee. And I can't believe I was forced to hover over ANY star. So a vehicle incident occurred while my husband and I were on vacation and had to be dealt with once we returned home. Fully covered by our personal Insurance we have a piece of mind knowing that things will be handled as promptly as possible, but not without it taking a little time of course considering I live in Texas and they are in the Virgin Islands. What I do know is that the claims manager "Kristy Sanchez" is a piece of work. She is rude, disrespectful and clearly an amateur at professionalism. She either needs a hug or more training. Terrible representation for a company....for real.
