::Harbor Market is well stocked and fairly priced (compared to the bigger stores). It is right on the dock front, so it is easy to get to if you are on a boat in the harbor for the night. They appear to do boat provisioning, probably for the Voyage base right there in Sopers Hole. Remember to go upstairs if you don't see something you are looking for.
