::I gave this store a poor review on Sunday, June 18. I purchased earrings as a gift They were in a lovely box and bag and were to be delivered to the cruise ship. When I got them, after we left port, the box was missing and the bag was torn. On Sunday night, I received a call from the store apologizing. And they offered to send me a box. I received the box yesterday which was like the one in the store. I thought this was truly excellent customer service. Everyone I tell this tale to, is amazed.
