::Wow! This was our first trip to St. Croix and we couldn't have stayed in a better place at Northside Valley. A little tricky to find but a true gem once we did. Upon arrival we went past the "Big House" where we were supposed to check in. After turning around Bella (a resident dog) came out and barked at our car as if to say "follow me!" and we did and she lead us to the right place. What a greeting! The accommodations were very comfortable. No need for a/c here. Screened windows and a constant breeze were perfect. There is no microwave, t.v., radio or any other unnecessary things. There is even an outside shower-FUN! The owner, Ginger was super sweet. We had lots of questions about the area and she was more than happy to share. She even offered to take us snorkeling, we just ran out of time on this trip. I truly recommend Northside Valley for anyone who wants to get away from the touristy scene and enjoy nature.
