  Great free open Wi-Fi but long wait in lines for a store that isn't that busy. Good pricing on clearance items.

  Store is clean. Staff is responsive. Prices are competitive. Use in-store pickup to get stateside pricing.

  Let me start off by saying that this store IS : - Highly UNORGANIZED : Top shelves are jammed with products that are looking to fall at anytime on the customer's head. ITS REALLY HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS. - SHORT STAFFED : ONE CASHIER FOR THE ENTIRE STORE. That's RIDICULOUS for a company of their caliber. I have heard countless of times the CASHIER CALLING FOR BACKUP AND ITS USUALLY the SAME PERSON. I WONDER IF THEY GIVE THEM BREAKS TO EAT. ITS JUST SLAVERY AT THIS POINT AND THEIR LOCAL LABOR OFFICE AGENTS SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. They have a "so call manager" who doesn't seem to know what he have to do and have been brought to justice for sexual assault. HOW CAN HE BE STILL WORKING IN THE STORE?? THATS PREPOSTEROUS!!! They also have issues with their system randomly shutting down and i have been there many times to notice how CHAOTIC it gets when that happens. ONE CASHIER have to deal with ANGRY CUSTOMERS who just want a good customer service experience. MEANWHILE, the manager never SHOWS HIS FACE TO CALM DOWN THE CUSTOMERS or even ASSIST THE CASHIER WITH THIS MATTER. OVERALL, they need to get THEIR ACT TOGETHER REAL QUICK. BEING THE ONLY RETAIL STORE ON THE ISLAND, MOST PEOPLE DONT HAVE A CHOICE THEN TO GO THEIR TO FAX, SHOP FOR ALL SORTS OF STUFF AND GET OUT.
