::Just before the hurricane, I needed crates to rescue my pets. They charged 4x the amount of similar crates you'd find elsewhere. They knew that this was an emergency situation for me and required cash only, and they would not give me a receipt saying these were "hurricane prices" and no returns. Edit in response to owner's response: I have the correct store. You were not there at the time, so either your employee is dishonest and ripping both you and me off, or you're dishonest by vouching for her. I was there a day before hurricane Maria when I bought the 3 overpriced crates. If you'd like to buy them back at what your employee charged me (she refused to give me a receipt for what she called your "hurricane prices",) I could understand you are attempting to right a wrong and will consider removing my post. However, this was just really wrong on your employee's part. As for you claiming I have a defaming character - please see the link for ALL of my reviews - I'll let all the 5 star reviews speak for themselves. Your response attacking me is not what I'd expect from a professional business owner. However, it is what I'd expect from like what the other reviewer said of you regarding not backing your products. Likewise, I too say "good luck staying in business".
