::Absolutely love this area. Hiking trails were fun, great beach nearby, awesome service, and sustainable amenities. Plenty of soldier crabsto eat your food scraps.

::Such a cool resort! I was a little concerned about how rustic it was going to be but it was perfect. Our room had a kitchenette, lovely bathroom, and beautiful balcony that overlooked salt pond bay. Beach was a little bit of a hike but that was just what we wanted. I do NOT recommend this place for people who can't handle stairs. There are a lot of stairs but, as a result, every room has a view! It also makes the whole place feel very private. You're not really looking into anyone else's rooms and you can't really hear people even though everyone has their windows open. Kind of amazing. This was THE location to be in January. The Christmas winds were kicking up sand on every beach on the island except Salt Pond so this was the best snorkeling we had. Love this side of the island too. A little quieter but still plenty of stuff to do and cool people to hang out with. The restaurant was also wonderful. Food and drinks were great and they had wonderful entertaining! The open Mic was actually world class. Highly recommend this place.

::If you want an unassuming place to vacation on Saint John, away from it all, this is the place for you. Great views of the ocean, Ram's Head, etc. We stayed in one of the Eco tents, which we love. The solar showers don't really get that warm, and it's kind of like showering with a garden hose, but if you are OK with that, it's worth it. It's truly a perfect place to unplug and take in this magical island. The cafe has wonderful food and offers great local music. The folks at the reception desk are very helpful! We have been here twice, and would happily return.

::The best, most accommodating place in St John. Front desk associate, Claudia is a Gem!! She's so personable and is always happy to see you. The rest of the staff is great too. Not one bad experience there. The INSANELY BEAUTIFUL views make it worth staying across the island from Cruz Bay. Hiking, snorkeling, diving, drinking, dining, relaxing, etc.!!! Get ready for a place that is hard to leave!
